🐺 spoiler: Obfuscate some content behind a spoiler blob.

The spoiler shortcode uses a ::before css element to overlay a black segment atop the .Inner content.
The content is displayed after the users’ mouse hovers over the resource for >1s as defined by the css.

Parameters #

md Boolean (Default: false)
This (if specified) will switch the rendering of .Inner
From:
- .Inner | safeHTML
To:
- .Inner | markdownify |htmlUnescape|safeHTML
