Okkur's Syna Theme for Hugo

I’ve been looking for a good starting-point them for the lichtenberg art I’ve been making.

The Hugo theme put out by okkur; syna seems pretty cool! Check it out!

It’s got some weirdness around the way that fragments work… But I’m starting to get the hang of it.
